Contact form broken?

Contact form broken?

I have a joomla 3.8.8 installation with the protostar theme and need to change the address on the contact page but the Edit Contact page has stopped working. Every time I try to edit the Contact I get a 'Contact Form temporarily unavailable' pop-up. I then have to reload the page as I cannot exit the pop up. The page no longer displays online, either.
If I try to access the Contacts through the Menu item or go through Component>Contacts I get the same message. It has been like this for over a week now so it's definitely not temporary!
Any idea how to resolve this problem?

what actual contact form are you using?
chrono, rsform, someotherform
what is your website url
