HTTPS Pictures not loading

Hello,

I am using godaddy. I changed im Joomla 3.8 a few months ago to https. After that, most pictures would not load. I enabled it go back to http. Now, our search results in google go directly to the https site which won't load the pictures. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? Should I go through each picture? Even loading new pictures does not work. Each browser is different as well.

I would appreciate any help. Godaddy was not able to help.

You haven't hardcoded http links? Mixed content will be blocked by most browsers for a https site. Use relative links without the http://yourdomain.com part.

@per is correct - I see an exclamation mark with the SSL padlock in the browser bar - indicating 'mixed' content (secure and insecure items i.e. the images).

"yrvote" is responsible for most of the insecure items.

I've tried switching the links around, but even when I upload a picture on the backend, it will not load when under https. So I go to media, and the picture will not even show up. How could I hardcode the pictures? Also, are you saying Yvote is causing the pictures not to work because it is mixed content?
