Joomla Bug - Error Can't Create new Article Pages Topic is solved

Hi i have not used my site much since last Joomla Update and when i tried to create a new article and i just get a blank page, i tried several times and creating it in different ways, all the same result!

When i try and create a New Article i get a blank browser Page that says this site can't be reached,

then i get this error, i took my domain name out but can give all info to anyone who can help

here is the error on the site can not be reached page
administrator/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&layout=edit might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED
null

I hope someone can help.

I also reinstalled all core files, and still get the same error.

Part 2 maybe related I also got a similar error when trying to send a test newsletter from AcyMailing

In Global Configuration under System menu
Under Server Tab change Gzip Page Compression from Yes to No.

thanks that was the problem, not sure why gzip did this, anyway thanks and sorry for putting it in security, I actually thought it was some kind of security issue or bug and could not find where to put a bug report.

I do not know exactly why this problem.
Or the problem is from the settings and features of the server server, or from the extensions you have installed on Joomla !. But there is no problem with the Joomla Core.
If my advice solves your problem, select the post as the solution
