Custom Fields on User Registration Email

Hello,
I have two additional custom fields setup using the core Joomla Custom Fields. They are part of the User Registration form and are stored with each user when they create a new Registered account. My site is setup so that and Administrator has to approve each registration. This works fine and the admin receives the email with the standard details:

Name
Email
Username

However these two additional custom fields are not included in the email sent to the administrator.

How and what file would I need to modify to include these custom fields in the admin notification email?

Do you have the data to other fields in your email? do you have the data belong to custom fields in database's related table #__users? (in parameters field)?

I also forgot to ask if those custom fields are required or optional?

APologies, thanks for the replies, The fields are created with the built in User custom fields I'm not sure which database table they are stored in, yes they are required fields.

I just can't find what file of the core builds the user registrations email and what code I need to add to display these core custom fields.
