Hello, Nipun Jayasena
Update your extentions and switch to php 7.x and see if the issue persists.

There are no other options.

If you are unable to use the browser and access fpa-en.php in the Joomla folder, talk to your host. They may have somehow blocked other files than index.php from being accessed.

I found the warning

The PHP temporary folder is not set.
The PHP temporary folder is the folder that PHP uses to store an uploaded file before Joomla can access this file. Whilst the folder not being set isn't always a problem, if you are having issues with manifest files not being detected or uploaded files not being detected, setting this in your php.ini file might fix the issue.

please let me know is this means something about this error

If your site runs Joomla, it should also be able to run the script fpa-en.php at any time without problems. The volunteers at this forum cannot provide mush assistance if the FPA results are not available in the standard format.

Does your site have some third party security extension that restricts the PHP scripts that are allowed to run?

In any case, go to Global Configuration and set the level of error reporting to 'Maximum' so that PHP fatal errors, warnings, notices and Deprecated messages are displayed. Copy and paste those messages to this topic.

If you cannot access Global Configuration properly, write enable the file configuration.php and then edit it manually. Change the level of error reporting to 'maximum', as shown below:

Code: Select all

	public $error_reporting = 'maximum';
Make sure you use a text editor like vi or Notepad++ to prevent extraneous characters from getting added to the file.

The PHP temporary folder has to be set properly. Ask your host to do that.
