I moved my live site to local server and changed both $path and $temp but
cannot access http://localhost/administrator

Not Found
The requested URL /administrator was not found on this server.
Apache/2.4.37 (Win64) PHP/7.2.14 Server at localhost Port 80

Please do you have solution to this?

Is your joomla site in the root or a sub directory?

@gws it's installed in the root

did you use akeeba to move your site?

And select to use the standard htaccess when you install the backup

Also suggest you use Wamp localhost and create a folder in Wamp's \www folder
