How to Disable Tooltip? Topic is solved

Hi guys. Great to meet everyone. I'm new to Joomla 3.x and I have some concerns

Does anybody know how I can delete the tooltips that Joomla shows in the contact, registration and other forms. I've tried the old way .tooltip {display:none;} but it does not work anymore and I can't figure out how I can adress the tooltips so they will not show. My Joomla version is 3.6.4. I would really appreciate if someone can walk me through this

Based on the solutions offered at viewtopic.php?f=620&t=668644, I tried the following css entry in the template Protostar and it works.

.popover {
        display: none!important;
}

Note:
This has been tested only on the Contact form. It may affect forms in other places such as creating an article in the front-end.
Based on your template, the css could change.

Update to the latest version of Joomla before you start changing things as any modifications you make could be overwritten. Make your changes in override files or custom CSS files not in the core files.

My Joomla version is 3.6.4.

Your Joomla version is very outdated and highly vulnerable. You should immediately upgrade to Joomla 3.9.10. ALWAYS keep Joomla and extensions up-to-date!
