Go to Global Configuration - Server - Mail Settings. Is the Gsuite email address in the field 'From Email'? If that is the case, check the Sent folder.

When to click the button 'Send Test Mail', you should receive the test email into the mailbox configured in the field 'From Email'. Does that function work?

Did you check the Sent folder of the mailbox defined in the field 'From Email'? Was the test email there?

I am talking about email. The field 'From Email' is in Global Configuration - Server - Mail Settings. It contains an email address, a mailbox which has the Inbox folder and the Sent folder.

Thanks tovo for your responses.

I check it , nothing there.

What i just discover that as we are paying for email account so we do have a priority support too, so to me it looke like more issue of gmail rather Joomla as joomla is perfectly sending emails to other emails but not our specific email we buy.

I think i shoud try that support first. but still if some body face the same issue in joomla and have the answer let me know.

Ohh just a though, can it be a godddy issue? i mean some thing i mis cofigure?

The email message may get blocked if the sender mail domain does not have the correct SPF entry in its MX records. Talk to your host. BTW, these forums have often posts from customers of GoDaddy who have had issues.

I talk to gsuite and as per their log, we are not even getting emails so someting wrong with Godaddy.

For temporary solution what i did i just keep the free email and make a filter and forward teh email to gsuite , that work for any otehr person who is facing same issue

Thanks Toivo , you are alwasy helpful

Sounds like a change in host might be the best option. I believe 123-Reg is also (or was also) owned by GoDaddy - so potentially avoid them too if you do decide to switch
