Export all SEF urls

I need to make a lot of 301 redirects and I was wondering if there's a way of exporting all articles url (full SEF url of each article). Is there any extension that can do the task?

One of the site map extensions perhaps?

Maybe, but I'm looking for something more specific, something that will just export the articles URLs.
