Redirects core don't work in Joomla 3.10.2

After update Joomla 3.9.28 to 3.10.1 and 3.10.2 the core component Redirects doesn't work anymore.
In all websites that are updated to 3.10.x this core comp don't work anymore.
All links go to 404 instead of 301.

This happened after the updates.
Can anyone help me out here ?

I've tested it on two of my Joomla 3.9.x > 3.10.1 > 3.10.2 sites but I cannot reproduce your error.

When I add random characters after the URL, I get a 404 error.
That 404 error is registered in the Redirect Manager.
And when I add a redirection to a working URL, the front-end redirects the faulty URL to the redirect URL.

I don't really understand your answer.

I have this old url: https://rainbowcottons.com/producten-nl ... en-100x180
And this new: https://rainbowcottons.com/handdoeken/s ... 0gr-strand

Ste in Redirects component and worked always. After updating not anymore.

In other sites it also occures not working anymore.

Not working also when I juist make a random old-url.

Or....I overlook something :-).
Still, if you can help, I will be gratefull.
