Joomla and mybb

Hi everyone. I'm currently running a Joomla website and MyBB forum. My qn is, how can I sync users between the two??

So far I think only PhpBB have a proper integration with Joomla. I think this Joomla forum is also PhpBB :)

Owh...forgot about Fabrik...Fabrik can integrate with anything within the same database :D :pop
