ajax loading error: Internal server error

I cannot upgrade from 3.9.23 to 3.9.24
because of "ajax loading error: Internal server error"
This happens on two different installations in two different servers (webspace).
Previous upgrades without problems.
Can someone help me please.

Same error on one of my installations (no problem with three additional ones). Already checked the parameters:
memory_limit = 256M
max_execution_time = 120
Any others reasons known?

pls have a look there, are you already running PHP>7.3?

Try to switch back to PHP 7.3 for this update...

I was running php 7.4 - error
changed to 7.2 - error
changed to 7.3 - WORKING
