Which version of PHP did the previous server have?

A blank page is an indication that a PHP fatal error has occurred. Usually that happens in outdated third party extensions. A quick look at the list of third party plugins in the FPA reports shows Widgetkit 2.3.1, released in 2015, and JCE 2.6.8, released in 2017. Both of those plugins are unlikely to be compatible with PHP 7.4.

As a workaround, ask your host or go to the cPanel provided by your host and downgrade PHP to an earlier version, for example PHP 7.2. That will hopefully get the front end started and give you time to update the third party extensions.

Many older third party extensions do not generate any prompts about new versions and you need to check the developer's website to find out about them.

Thank you Toivo. Previous PHP version was 5.6.40. I am going to apply your advice.
I have seen that Widgetkit 2.3.1 is a plugin coming from Yoom, I happen to use a template from YOOtheme as well (dated 2012) can the Template be a problem as well ?

Yes, an old template may not work properly in latest versions of PHP. even if you change the level of error reporting in configuration.php to 'none'.
