Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property LoginViewLogin::$baseurl is deprecated i

Hi,
i just migrated my j3 website to localhost using kickstarter. However when I access the website on localhost
I get tons of "Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property LoginViewLogin::$baseurl is deprecated in D:\xampp\htdocs\permacultura-es.org\libraries\src\MVC\View\HtmlView.php on line 215"

I try to enter the back-end in order to set the warnings display to null in the global properties but I cannot actually
do anything, since after logging in this is what I get (see image)

I don't understand what's going on since I have previously migrated this same back-up on local host without this kind of problem.
Any help appreciated

Make sure the PHP version in WAMP is PHP 8.0.x or lower. PHP 8.1 may also work with Error Reporting set to 'None'.
