Hello!

I am new at Joomla, and i have a pre install problem.
I want run the joomla on my own freenas server, and i did look around the installation steps. When i followed the description, i cant step over on a problem.
I have edited the zlib.output_compression= on in the php.ini, and set the zlib.output_compression_level to 6
and restarted the apache server. The problem still. I am a bit confused atm, pls help me. Thanks for help me!

What version are you installing ?

Joomla! 3.8.2 with php71 and apache 24 on freenas 11

I just installed https://downloads.joomla.org/cms/joomla ... format=zip and I don't remember seeing that screen during the install ?

The blued screenshot seems to be the php.ini file, and nothing to do with the installation screens. I assume you're talking about the second screen.

The first screen does show the initial system-check test (standard installer screen in 3.x series), showing any issues with PHP settings etc.

Nope not when I install 3.8.2. My question to the OP still stands. What version of Joomla are you trying to install ?

Hi!

I installing the 3.8.2, but the original problem was solved by installing some missing components from the apache24.
However i got a new problem after installing !Joomla, and deleted the installation folder.
I see now a blank screen only :-( any idea about my new screen? I read some tips about this screen, and i watched my \administrator folder on the server. I have the index.php inside. If i click on the hyperlink of index.php, the browser shows me that: Error displaying the error page.

Did you use the Joomla full package zip ?
Are you using localhost ? If yes what localhost are you using ?

I using a freenas server (FreeNAS-11.0-U4 (54848d13b)), and i created a jail for the apache, php, mysql and joomla.
Yes, this is a full package, so i think i have all items inside. i hope....
When i write the server's ip address, the browser show's me a message "it works", so the apache is working.
When i add the /administrator, the server give me the hyperlink page. The normal page of joomla shows the error message "Error displaying the error page"
