Impossible install anything 1062 Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY'

Hallo, is really strange with J 3.8.3 impossible to install akeeba backup or anything more component/plugin
Report to maximum, only ERRROR 1062 Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY' in #_session

Try emptying your session table and see what happens.
