Joomla 3.8.10 stable installation problem

Hello

Am trying install joomla 3.8.10. During the installation process i keep on having this problem.. When i click on install button on Overview page, it takes me to the sql configuring process.. but when the configuration is done, it keep on asking me to do the last step again and again, even after i remove the sql tables from my phpmyadmin. It cannot create joomla main configuration php file on the http folder.

Am using XAMPP latest local webserver.

Have you created a password for the database user?

Don't use root as user.

nope i did not, i used root as username and left blank the password option..

how to fixing Error during Joomla 3.x installation - Joomla 3.x hangs on Step 2: Creating Database Tables.

To fix this error, you need to take the following steps:

Step 1: Open the file "joomla.php" in the path "...xampp\htdocs\installation_folder\installation\sql\mysql\joomla.php".

Step 2: Find all words "InnoDB" and replace by "MyISAM". You can use Notepad++ to reduce this process.
