After Joomla 3.9.1 update error 500

After I updated my web site to the latest Joomla 3.9.1 I get this error every time I try to create or edit any of my articles. I backed up to my previous version and that is OK. I install the 3.9.1 again and still get the error, please help.

The error says :

An error has occurred.

500 Unknown column 'a.note' in 'field list'

Return to Control Panel

Can someone tell me where I have gone wrong?

That is possibly caused by a third party extension, tho' many core extension use that db column. Does the error occur when viewing a specific extension in the admin? If you use "advanced module manager" from Regular Labs, check that you have the updated version Enable debug and view the report for possible location of the source.
