I cant Not install Joomla in my Laptop. There's an error on the installation screen showing "Can Not Install Joomla". What is up with this?

I want to build website like this. But I can't install it. Kindly help me to solve this issue.

Your localhost server has the open_basedir directive configured in its php.ini file.

Which web server are you using in your laptop?

Where did you download the Joomla installation package from?

I am using Symbol Host web server.

I downloaded Joomla Installation Package Form:

Are you installing Joomla in a web server running in your laptop? There are web server bundles like XAMPP and Wampserver designed for that purpose.

As a starting point, select one of the Joomla template frameworks, find a suitable template and customise it or hire a developer to do that.

There are of course many other things to consider, for example third party extensions and how to import articles and possible other data.

Is the localhost on the laptop has been configured properly. Are you able to display a simple index.html
This is the first step to check if the Web Server is able to read the web root folder. The web server also should have the right permission.
It is often a permission issue.

yeah i sorted it, My local host was not configured well. Thanks for helping.
