unable to install joomla for training

hi...i m using my laptop to do training using joomla. i m using wampp but wen i set my localhost and set to joomla...it doesn't want to move to the next page. I am stuck at the configuration page. i clicked nect but it come back to the same page. please help

There's some user input there with required fields; have you completed them all? Specifically, the super-user information and Site Name. (normally I'd expect some sort of feedback e.g. "you haven't filled in.....") but I don't know what else would be the issue.

Note you have to create the super admin user (to log in to the back end of the site), so you have to make up those details and keep them secure for future reference. Not knowing your localhost config, have you set it up to meet minimum requirements for Joomla?

dear sir....i cleared the first part but now before completing my installation this message appear....

Error
Could not connect to the database. Connector returned number: Could not connect to MySQL server

what should i do to get through this bug
