I have a few Joomla based sites and all work great, however, I have one site where the Contact Form has stopped displaying.
Im using Joomla 3.9.26, a single contact and a menu item pointing to that contact.
The page displays (slideshow and footer) but minus the whole form!
Ive even tried putting the contact as a featured contact and then displaying featured contacts from the menu bar but that has the same outcome.
Can anyone point me where to look for a solution to this please.

As a footnote, as I haven't been able to get Captcha on this yet, im receiving the usual spam emails I would expect to see even though the form isn't visible
