3.10.10 migration from SQL 5.7 to AlmaLinux 8 ERROR

I am trying to migrate my site to a new server running AlmaLinux 8. The database migration is throwing an error. Here is the screen grab.It migrates fine to a test server running SQL 5.7 - Can anyone help decipher what is happening here? And maybe offer a solution? Many thanks!

Fixed it by db fix and restoring using kickstart.
