Joomla 3.9.28 no email options working?

Hi. I am new and a beginner. I need to change email where a from is sent. I find RSForm! Pro under meny but when I want to edit form it say I am not authorised. I am logged in as Registered Administrator and seem there is something called Super Users.
How do I change email form is sent?
Do I need to login as superuser (do not have access to this as it seems) and edit form?

I assume form is sent using an external source that I must find?

Hi,

By default, you can config email in Joomla! via Admin > System > Global Configuration, tab "Server", block "Email". You can config PHP Mailer function or SMTP Mailer function.
