cannot hide article title no matter what I try

I cannot seem to hide an article title.

This is where I have hidden article title:

1. in the menu item for the article
2. in the article itself
3. in global article options

Is there somewhere I'm missing?

I'm using 3.10. The article is behind a password so I cannot link it for you.

From what you have described, I suspect that it could be Page Heading.

Open the corresponding menu item and in the tab "Page Display" check what value is there for the option "Show Page Heading".

What template is being used for the site?

thought of that and i have "Show Page Heading" set to No
