Extensions monitoring

Over the years I installed many extensions on my website for some reason.
I plan to switch to J4 and I consider it time to do a cleanup.
Unfortunately I cannot see which extensions, particularly plug-ins, are actually used.
Is there a way to monitor which extensions are actually used, e.g. something simple as a counter of the usage of every used extension.
The idea is: If a counter stays at zero for, say a month, I can safely(?) uninstall the extension.

An extension with that requirement does not exist in the Joomla extensions directory.
You could do it manually, because some extensions may or may not be compatible with Joomla 4.

That is exactly the point. I have some 160 plugins. Many are there for obvious reasons, others are less obvious. Manual verification is tedious: I cannot experiment on my live site. On my test site there is too little traffic to make a conclusion. I did a number of failed test migrations to J4, but rollback to J3 can only be done through a backup restore.
The date in 'Extensions: Manage' does not help. E.g. the Date for 'Content - Page navigation' is Januari 2006. This is a Joomla project plug-in, so it should be ok. Just to illustrate.
Ok, I will find a way.
Could extensions monitoring be a good idea for a future core function?

Perhaps it would be quicker to rebuild the site from scratch?
