I can not find Two Factor Authentication plugin in my joomla 3.10.12. How can I get it back? It should be built-in as I understand.

@Per is mistaken: there are no native multi-factor authentication plugin for Joomla 3.10; these did not exist until Joomla 4.x.

There should be two two-factor authentication plugins in Joomla 3.10.12: Two Factor Authentication - Google Authenticator and Two Factor Authentication - YubiKey. @Webdongle's suggestion, to re-install the core CMS files, is reasonable.
