Clear your browser cache (cookies/cache/all) close browser and reload. You will see when you open the site on another computer or with another browser all shows as expected

All ingonito does is stop the browser history being recorded ... browser cache is still created.

Browsing history is not cache.

In case anyone else comes across this-my site was hacked (all sites on GoDaddy server). It was driving me nuts, but my solution was an .htaccess file that was corrupt. Simply change the name to htaccess.txt or htaccess3.txt (if you already have an htaccess file. WARNING: if your site uses htaccess file it won't be available after you do this, so make sure in the admin area you go to Control Panel->Global Configuration->Set "Use URL Rewriting to no"...

If you have a backup just restore your original htaccess file... Updating Joomla will not do it.

Hope this helps!
