Copy template not working

Hi
I tried to copy my template to override file but copy button does not work ( it seems not active) from backend. I also tried via FTP but I receive some error.

How can I fix the issue?

You cannot do this from FTP. If the buttons are not active you will need to clear your caching in your browser or try with another browser. Most often this is caused by browser caching
