Cannot open template style

I am using cloudbase3 template. All works fine except I can no longer open cloudbase3 template style. When I try I get error message: Error 404. Component not found.
I can open other templates and all other functions works fine. It happened couple days after upgrading to Joomla 3.8. Please help.

The template is not 3.8 compatible. Get an update from the vendor.
