error 1054 at admin page

Hi

my site is hosted at GoDaddy and today i tried to enter my http://site/administrator page andi got thie erro
1054 unknown column a.client_id in where clause

i can access my cpanel if needed

please assist

It sounds like this issue. Did you recently update Joomla? From the post above, people seem to suggest that they can still access their Joomla admin pabel. If you can't, but can get to phpmyadmin, you might want to manually add in a column called client_id into your #__menu table

I had the same issue which I resolved by typing this in:

/administrator/index.php?option=com_installer&task=database.fix
