Problems with editing one part of website

Hello,
So i cant edit this part of my website:

I want to change text of that "Latest Articles".
Im a newbie and im aware of that this question is stupid :D

Can anyone please help me?

What is your site's URL? The information would help others to review the site and offer suggestions. It is difficult to offer suggestions with just a screenshot.

Based on what I see in the screenshot, it looks like it could be a module's title.

the problem is you use WordPress, not Joomla.
so you asking in wrong place.
