Error decoding JSON data: Syntax error + sef urls not working

Hi,
I have just noticed that on my web that has been updated to 3.8.11 the urls from menus are not sef but look like http://www.zamecnictvibrno.cz/?Itemid=819.

When I go to menu, I see message Component 'com_content' does not exist. under some unpublished menu items and when I try to edit any menu item (even published), I get this error:

An error has occurred.

I tried updating and reinstalling Joomla! but it has no effect.

The site works in front end and sef urls from Google are redirected to the correct pages (even though there are the itemid in the address bar instead of the sef url.

Please help, is there a way to fix this?

So a nice script is developed by Rob Went to repair the syntax errors and you can review the description and download the script here on Github.

Run the script and you should be fine
