The opposite of public viewable module

Hallo,
i have a special question:
In a website i want to show a module for public users.

But the module shoud NOT be shown for all other groups, like registered and so on ...
because if a registered member is on the site, he can see a different module.

I know, basicly the rules are inheriting ... i want to invert this idea :-)

Any idea how to realize?

Use 'Guest' access level.
