Bulk assign users to group Topic is solved

Hi everyone

I have searched everywhere for this without success so....

I have a new site that is evolving, as things are added new groups are being created but I then need to go into each relevant user and assign them to the group. The membership is growing rapidly and therefore, can anyone tell me what they do in this situation.

I need to be able to go into a group and add selected users rather than go into each user and add them to the group.

What do you do?

You can add users to groups in bulk by using the batch function.

Click Users > Manage
Select the users by the check box
Click the button labeled Batch
Select the group from the list
Choose the action you want and click process.
