I am trying to fix another issue related to contact forms. I am asking my server provider for assistance and have given them a "superuser" account.

They replied today stating that when they try to edit or unpublish a module they receive the following:

Error
Check-out failed with the following error: The user checking out does not match the user who checked out the item.
You are not permitted to use that link to directly access that page (#126).

I have subsequently went into the site and have found that I can edit the contact form they couldn't (Form Maker), but I can't edit another contact form (DJ Easy Contact). For DJ Easy Contact I receive the same error above.

Until today there was only myself working on this site. I installed DJ Easy Contact and now I can't republish it.

And trying to check in also gives the same error? What about doing Global Check-In?

When I try to publish I get: Warning

When I use check in I get: Error
