Site Not Available

When I go to the URL of one of my Joomla sites, the screen only shows

[my ip address] / is not available

I have never seen this before. Any ideas?

I found the problem - I had recently upgraded to PHP 7.2. I reverted back to PHP 7.0 and it works fine, but I am again getting messages that 7.0 is outdated.

Than you are not running Joomla 3.8.12/Joomla 3.8.13 --> Upgrade
