Inserting tabs in a new menu item

Hello everyone, I would like to know how to insert tabs within a new menu item created. The procedure that I have followed up to now has been the following: after selecting the appropriate category, I followed the following path "components - zoo - new" but no tab associated appeared. Can someone help me?

You mean in the site part each menuitem are to have a tab before the text being started?

I can not make a card appear in one of the site's top menu.
