It looks like you're using TinyMCE - and what you're seeing there is the way it works, by design; if you install JCE then it has the inbuilt uploading capability and so you just upload the file then insert it.

Re: insert files into a post / article
I installed JCE, very good editor, but I need to install something more? for example DOCman?
I need to upload .pdf files just like images that already work.
Thank you.

For that case you better install Phoca Download. It sets your files in format layout for download. since it is for articles you need to download both the component and the plugin, which the last one allows you to set a file, group of files or whole category as required.croisebeck wrote: ↑Wed Mar 20, 2019 7:04 pmI installed JCE, very good editor, but I need to install something more? for example DOCman?

Not sure of latest versions (probably no).croisebeck wrote: ↑Wed Mar 20, 2019 8:25 pmwith this extension do I upload files during the creation of an article in conjunction with the JCE?
But Is better upload through t the component beforehand, do the article and with the Plugin Button you set the file. Is just a matter of setting the workflow.

Re: insert files into a post / article
I understand, but I need to send the file during publication, because in this flow an administrator needs to insert the file through the Plugin Button and then in the article creation referencing the file.
thank you again

Re: insert files into a post / article
Additional to the suggestion above, if you use something like DocMan, I think it has a module, you can insert a module directly in articles these days (using the core feature "loadposition" for example). You may find Modules Anywhere useful too.

Your original question was about (I assumed) inserting basic hyperlinks to files in an article (and TinyMCE didn't allow selection of files, but JCE does) but it seems you want to use a Document Manager component, but have the ability to have the files from that inserted into articles. The above will / should accomplish that.
I don't know if this will help you further.
