Whats wrong with this cPanel names?

Post by MarkiBH » Wed Sep 18, 2019 4:33 pm

Hi All,

I cant find the solution for this issue. Everything works but in Administrator/cPanel the name button/links are with issue.
Starting in login page it reads "JGLOBAL_USERNAME" instead "USERNAME".
See the attached image please.

Thanks!

What version of Joomla are you using? recent versions (i.e. all v3.x series) don't look like this.

What PHP version are you running?

Please see and action the following to help us to help you:

You have a problem with translation of language strings.

Enable Debug and Language Debug in Global Configuration

See what language files are loaded.

If your selected language file has a faulty line (e.g. a " too many or too little) then the whole language file will give errors like you see in your site.

I would create a backup of the whole site,
copy the current language files to another location,
download Joomla and unzip,
copy the original language files from the unziped Joomla version to the /administrator/ languages/ folder

Ok...! Solved the problem...!

Joomla 3.7 was installed. I upgraded to newer version 3.9.11. But the problem changed to a "Error: 0" (white screen in the administrator portal). Cant login to administrator area.

The solution was to fix/update files in "SP Page Builder" module directory manually.

Thanks Ppl!
