Cant log in to my website

Post by rossyellin » Sat Aug 01, 2020 2:45 am

Hello,

I am unable to log into my website though Joomla.

This is my website
www.disabilityallies.com/administrator/index.php

When I try to log in I keep getting a gateway timeout error

I was able to log on just fine 2 days ago.

Where can I go for support. I am willing to pay for support

Welcome to the forum!

The home page of the website is displayed all right, similar to the login page of the back end. What were the last changes done to the website, for example new extensions or change of settings?

Does the website use any third party security extensions that could stop you from logging in after failed attempts?

Please post the results from the Forum Post Assistant (FPA) by following the instructions at https://forumpostassistant.github.io/docs/ so that our volunteer experts can review the configuration.

if you have problem anyway you should try contact Phil Taylor on https://mysites.guru, email me if you need his exact mail address but I warn you it will cost some money.
He seems like expert in every joomla file.

Follow Toivo’s advice:
Run the FPA (link is in his post) and copy/paste the output in this thread.

I suspect a server/php update/misconfiguration
