Manage multiple logins on multiple sites

Say I have 3 developers and 100 joomla sites. If one developer leaves I have to disable login for 100 joomla sites. Also if one of them decides to go rogue they can lock us out of all our sites. Is there a solutions anyone knows of to this?

The login of the back end of the websites could be connected to a Single Sign-On (SSO) Identity Provider (IDP) by using SAML SSO or OAuth. The miniOrange SAML SSO works with Azure AD, Salesforce and other IDPs. miniOrange has also a SAML 2.0 IDP for Joomla.

They want $5K and require intensive set up per each and every site. Any other options?
