Identifying the image files that are actually used Topic is solved

I'm trying to cleaning up some of the media files in my 3.9 installation. I've had this site for many years and I've uploaded hundreds of images and PDFs. Some are no longer needed, but I'm not sure how to identify which are still being used/linked.

Ideally, I'd like to go through my media directories and see an indication next to each file as to whether it's linked or not. If not, then I could delete it.

Is there an extension that would help me with this?

You could make a screenshot of the images in the folder then search the database for jpg etc. Then tick them off on the screenshot. What's left can be deleted.
