Error." The page you requested cannot be found"

Hi!
When updating the new joomla version, I get an error when trying to load the page I am creating. The error is as follows:

"The page you requested cannot be found.
An error occurred while processing your request.

You cannot visit this page due to:

An expired bookmark or favorite
A misspelled address
A search engine that has an expired listing for this site
You do not have access to this page"

What should I do?

Buy a proper Hosting package or run Wamp virtual host on your PC
