Language Override explanation

Hi guys,
trying to be sure about the standard workflow.

Language Override > I select the Language (Administrator / Site) > New item or Edit > When I perform a Search ( Value or Constant ):

A - Should the result give me only the results of the selected language ?
So, one result for the same language strings...

B - ...OR of all the language files in the folders for the same string language ?
So, more results for the same language strings (depending on the installed languages)...

As far as I know, the "A" should be the right behavior, Am I right ?
I'm asking because I have an issue with a 3rd party Extension that is working as "B" that in my opinion is not the right one...

It's "A", the search in Language override for a chosen language should search in all strings of that language, not the other languages.

Could you check
1. where the 3rd party extension puts it's languages?
in Joomla's /language/ folder and/or in the 3rd party folder
2. if the language files of that 3rd party extension are correct?

many thanks for help, I asked to developer and this is the answer I received

Anyway, sure it is not running as it should do...
Please, Is there anything I can do to test / to report ect. ?!?
