Joomla update doesnt see the latest joomla versions

I have 3 sites, on 3 different servers, and all 3 report different "You have the latest joomla" with the 3 being
- 3.9.16 (PHP 5.6.40)
- 3.9.20 (PHP 7.4.24)
- 3.10.2 (PHP 7.2.24)

the 3.9.x ones simply cant see that there is a more recent update and I am really curious as to why is that? Any relation to the PHP version? But the 3.10.2 one is on an even older version than the 3.9.20...

Thank you! That worked. Enabled Joomla Core in Extensions > Update Sites
