Enable SEF in your global URL will help. Also enable in Articles tab --> Options --> the option URL routing to Modern URL's and "Remove IDs from URLs" to YES

Re: redirect : catid=0?catid=0?catid=0?catid=0?catid=0?Itemid
These URLs, collected by the Redirects component, are usually attempts made by automated scripts to snoop around your website for vulnerable weaknesses from which they can potentially launch an attack. These things are also known as referrer spam.
The easiest way to find out if your website is being probed for weaknesses is to go to Components » Redirects and click the Purge Disabled button at the top of the screen. Wait a day and look again at Components » Redirects. If you do not see these "catid=0? ..." things then you probably have nothing to worry about.
Purge the records in the Redirects component. That should fix your immediate problem.

Re: redirect : catid=0?catid=0?catid=0?catid=0?catid=0?Itemid
Thank you for your reply; your reply does not make sense.
In your opening post you say that you see on the Redirect component some strange records. I understand. The only three ways these things appear are (a) if you have enabled the System - Redirect plugin is enabled and your website is hit by an outside request (such as referrer spam), (b) you created these records yourself, or (c) someone else created these records. Records like these do not appear by magic. Your website may have been hacked for all we know.
I think that this does not make sense. If the System - Redirect plugin is disabled there is no way for the "component" to self-add these strange records that you are seeing. That is what I think.
