Cannot login if cache is enabled

When I enable the cache under Global Configuration I can no longer use the login feature, I keep geting


"The most recent request was denied because it contained an invalid security token. Please refresh the page and try again."

Are you logging out properly each time? If so try going to your database and running a fix.

Do you have the "System - Page Cache" plugin enabled? If so, go into its settings and try excluding your login page.

I see you have jch optimze plg too and that could be the case if you not really familiar how to config that plg...

Great that you use Joomla but I would have done more for the design of that site with a new template etc
