what is better, native Joomla Page Cache or JCH Optimize Page Cache?

Don't enable the Joomla System Page Cache Plugin, unless you don't do any updates on your site with new articles etc.

JCH Optimize can do more harm than good if not configured properly. Do you actually have a performance problem that must be solved?

i mean only plugins, both do the same thing but a little differently.
I am looking for the opinion of experienced colleagues, which is better to use.

There are considerable differences between JCH and page cache. JCH does much more if configured properly, you will need the pro version to gain full advantage of JCH, read the docs carefully.

I tested both.
Turns out I'll be using both depending on the needs and page build of a particular site.
