Strange link behavior

Hi
I hope someone will be able to help me here. I'm stuck :(

I have created a Joomla 3 template from a Twitter Bootstrap base, but I am experiencing some strange link behavior when I view the website on my iPhone. It seems like I need to click links twice before they react. I looks a little bit like the first click is activating a hover effect and only the second click sends the user to the link URL.

I have a feeling that this might be a jQuery issue, but I can't figure it out. Have anyone experienced something similar and found a solution?
