Slow load time in 3.8

After updgrading to 3.8 I get 78 % score in google pagespeed insights.

Before, in 3.7.8 I got 93%.

I use page cache and even with it my web gets slower. Backend is slower too.




It's not a problema with plugins, my panel responds slow.

If your control panel responds slowly, it doesn't mean that it's not a problem with the plugins. It could be a system plugin slowing the whole thing down. Still, there are several forum posts about this same issue, so it seems to be a common issue on Joomla 3.8. If you can enable slow query logging on MySQL, and then post back the slow queries here, then this could provide insight about the problem.
